Monster Hunter Outlanders will launch with nine adventurers, three different classes, and six weapon types. The game also features Buddies, which are AI-controlled companions that can assist you during hunts, with three different Buddy types available. Monster Hunter Outlanders also has a gacha system for obtaining Adventurers, while Buddies are not part of the gacha pool.
