About GameSaiyan

GameSaiyan covers guides and news for games and esports. We write walkthroughs, tier lists, patch breakdowns, and coverage of the games people are actually playing right now.

Why this site exists

Our lead, who goes by Kyuma in game, wanted to build this site for years before he had the knowledge to do it properly. Rather than launch something half-formed, he spent that time writing for large gaming publications to learn how good guides are put together, and competed as an esports player to understand games from the inside.

What he found across the industry was a gap. Too much coverage is rushed to publish, assembled from what is already out there, and written by people who have not touched the thing they are describing. You can feel it when you read it, and it wastes the reader's time.

How we work

Gaming has been a large part of Kyuma's life, and the goal here is to do it justice. That means volume is not the target. We would rather publish five guides we have played through ourselves than a hundred assembled from other people's work.

If a build is in a tier list, someone here has run it. If a boss strategy is written down, someone here has beaten it that way.
