Riftbound is currently nearing the launch of its fifth set, called Radiance, with the preview season already ongoing. Beyond Radiance, Riftbound has previously also shared a full official roadmap, outlining their upcoming set releases, and more.

Riot does make changes to the roadmap every now and then, so we will make a changelog in this guide so you are aware of the changes. Here is the complete Riftbound roadmap for everything coming through the rest of 2026 and into 2027.

Upcoming Riftbound Sets (2026-2027)

Radiance will feature 180 cards and will be the first set to unify the release schedule of Riftbound across English, Chinese, and French. There will be nine League of Legends champions that will feature in Radiance which is the same number as Vendetta but lesser than the first three sets.

Set 6: Legacy

Legacy Riftbound Splash art

Legacy will be the sixth Riftbound set and the first one in the game’s 2027 roadmap. Legacy in particular will have a huge impact on how Riftbound is played because it is the first set that is designed with drafting as the main focus.

Legacy will feature 346 total cards across 12 legends, which will make it the biggest set release of Riftbound. However, the biggest change that will come alongside Legacy is that it will bring Pack updates.

Pack Updates

Currently, every Riftbound booster pack contains 7 Commons, 3 Uncommons, 2 foil Rares or better, 1 foil of any rarity, and 1 token slot. However, with the release of Legacy, Riot is being extra generous, as they are replacing one common slot and changing it with a Legend or a Battlefield card at a 50/50 frequency.
